video capture plug-in?

When I try to capture video using my TDK indicapture, Ulead gives me an error message saying that "the video capture plug-in has been moved or deleted." I tried re-installing and that did not work. I have looked around on the web for something but have found nothing. Any ideas here? Thanks in advance for your help!
