when I attempt to open DMF4 (or DMF2) I get an error message "Ulead DVD movie factory has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenienc.
I have used the DMF programs for about a year and this problem has just started about a week ago. I have deleted and reinstalled my programs but get the same message.

When you done a re-install, did you do a complete, clean re-install?

Something has changed since this just started. What programs have you added? Did you install any TBYB versions of Ulead, then Uninstall them? The latter can pose problems, since Ulead apps share resources..
