How do you animate the overlay tracks if you have say four?
Is there a way to animate in the trial version if oyu have four overlays in a quadrant type set up and you want them to be animated off the screen one at a time or whatever suits.... is it possible. Thanks. Christy.

Hi Christy,
Yes you can. Are you familiar with the "trim handles". While customizing a transition or filter, these are "pause/duration control handles". If you slide the left handle close to the left side of the bar, then the action (fade-in, slide-in) will be quick. Sliding the right handle close to the right edge means the clip will fade-out or slide out fast.
On some effects you have to make sure in the customize settings, that you have "User Defined" selected and not one of the presets, such as short, medium or long. The pause duration handles will not be accessible if the User Defined is not selected...
Have fun playing around with them, to learn how they can add to your effect. You will also see beside the fade-in/fade-out icons, 2 icons with arrows. These are to add a rotation to your effect.
