Windows: Help!

I had the preview and source windows in a nice set of tabs, now they're separate windows and I can't see to get them back to tabs. What did I do and how do I get then back?

Have you tried Window/Layout Manager/Standard (n)?

Yep.

It brought up the source window next to the preview window, with a tiny area for the effects manager..

I fixed it last night, but it involved editing the registry.

Bizarre! As far as I knew, the only way to separate them was to use the "floating" layout, but they went back to tabbed mode with a standard layout.
