VS10 PLUS confused with bonus pack and content.

Hi guys im new to this place....

Iv'e been using the vs9 which i had on cd, it came with many effects and special movie bits.

I just download vs10plus off the ulead website and now i have nothing, just an empty program.

I've heard people have downloaded

""content" download tipped the scales at 297mb PLUS "Bonus Feature 1" @ 128mb and "Bonus Feature 2" @ 78mb. ""

I've search all over the ulead site and can't find how to d/l these extra's.

the link to this extra content have been sent to your declared e-mail address whith the acknowledgement of your purchase.

It does not apply to the trial version.
You could copy the items from VS9 if you wish, see other recent threads.

If you have purchased a registered version of VS10 Plus, look for an email message from Element 5 with the subject "Download link and license key for Ulead VideoStudio 10 Plus (Full/Download)". There will be four seperate links within the message... one for the VS10 Plus program itself, one for the Extra Content, and 2 for the Bonus Features. There should also be some info on how to create your Dropshots "Star User" account. If you can't find it you should contact Element 5 customer service asap. Here are some contact links:

HI, iv'e tried a few times now and i don't understand how to transfer from my vs9 to vs10, files such as: in the movie wizard..... all the templates including bmp's and special entrace and exit clips.

I purchased the download version of VS10, and I received the main program, one extra content download, and one bonus features download. I double-checked my invoice and that is all I see. You mention 2 bonus features downloads. Am I missing something?

Eric,

Did you purchase "VS10" or "VS10 Plus"? If "Plus", the links I received are titled and numbered as follows:

1. Download the full version (Ulead VideoStudio 10 Plus - English)
2. Download the full version (Extra Contents for Ulead VideoStudio 10 Plus - English)
3. Download the full version (Bonus Features for Ulead VideoStudio 10 Plus [Part 1]
4. Download the full version (Bonus Features for Ulead VideoStudio 10 Plus [Part 2]

It's also possible that Ulead has consolidated Bonus Features 1 & 2 into a single download. In that case the total combined size of the Bonus Features would be around 206mb (Bonus Feature 1 was 128mb and Bonus Feature 2 was 78mb).

If you purchased the standard (not "Plus") version, I'm not sure what you should have received since I don't have that version. If you feel you were shorted or purchased the wrong version I would recommend that you contact Element 5 through the links you received in your email confirmation message.

I did purchase the Plus edition. The Bonus download I received was about 239MB, and the Extra Content was about 297MB. so it looks like it was combined into one file. I think the bonus content was WinDVD7, Cool3D, and a bunch of audio, video, and image files. Thanks for the info.

Yep, that's it then. Hey, sounds like you got a few more mb's of bonus features than I did. Whassup with that... lol

Last night I downloaded 600MB of "extra content" and "bonus features" that came with VS10+ and have no clue what all this HDD fodder has added (or not) to the functionality of VS10.

Where is documentation??
