Hi, when I capture some old 8mm film footage with VS9, via my video camera, the sound of the projector, and anything else in the room is also captured. I intened to insert music in the timeline to compliment the footage, but I was wondering if there is an easy 'single-click' method of muting the captured audio when ready for a burn to disc?
I can deselct the main audio track in the audio menu, but that only cuts the sound during preview - but retains the original volume level during a burn.
Any ideas.

When you place the clip on the timeline there is a mute button near the top left of the screen.
