DVD menu layout

Post by larrycoleman01 »

Is it possible to keep the menu buttons on screen while viewing a video clip?

I am working on a DVD of a friends Tai Chi class. The class has 18 warm up exercises that transition together. I would like to set up the DVD so that the current video/chapter does not fill the screen as is usual when you click on a chapter button.

I'd like for the video that’s playing to be inset in the screen while the chapter buttons remain visible at the bottom or side of the screen. This way a viewer can play all the exercises in sequence or jump to the ones that they are interested in without having to return to the main menu.

I’m currently using Ulead DVD MovieFactory 4.

Thank You

Larry

It could only be done in HD DVD and BD DVD, the next generation DVD formats.

Hope this helps.
