Basic DVD Menu in VS9

I want to build a basic DVD menu with a motion background and just text for menu buttons. Can i do this in VS9?
Can I create a template?

Its a bit crazy it cant do it.
You dont always want motion menus, particularly if you need to keep with the disc capacity. You shouldnt have to jump through hoops to do it.

I believe VS10 will be capable of doing that.

Thanks all. I will interested to see what peoples opinions of VS10 are. when it comes out.
I ended up doing it in Nero as it was an unimportant project.
Just needed to keep it basic.

You can get the download TBYB or the ESD purchase version of VS10 or VS10 Plus now. However please check out the comparison on them. They are different..
