Extracting Objects

Hi All,

I'm new to PI (V11) and have a question re. Extracing Objects. I did search the forums and found this link, which is basically what I've been trying

but my question is this, is there an easier way to do this ?

I have twenty or so pictures, exactly as per the turtotial where I want to extract the people and put these onto a different background.

I've been using the red'ish outlining tool but I'm not great at using this even when zoomed into the picture, is there a Auto Extract Object ?

No, the method you are already using is the correct way.
