uvs 8

Hi, i buy a uvs8 and i used it for long time. I updated the firmware my lg 4120 to version 111 now uvs don't work. It don't start but i see the runned process under task manager.
Can you help?

Hi Puente, welcome to the forums..:)

Ok I know you updated some type of firmware, however please excuse my ignorance, but could you expound on what your "lg" is?

Also please complete your system information in your profile. This seems to be vital information to troubleshoot your problem..

Vidoman: I am pretty sure he is referring to an LG DVD burner model 4120. However, I cannot think of any reason why updating its firmware would cause VS to cease working in its entirety. I could imagine it no longer recognising the burner if the update had gone amiss, but not failing to start up... That is why I did not jump in before this.
