Hello!
I downloaded the "Try before you buy" version of Photo Express 6 and installed it, but i never get it to run.
I already uninstalled Photo Express completely and made a clean install like it's described here http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=11923
When i click twice on the "Ulead Photo Express" icon on my desktop i get that box where i can chose whether to buy, activate, try, learn more... or exit. If i click on try i get an error message that Ulead Photoshop had to close because of ipe.dat.
Could anybody please help me?
I'm using Windows Xp SP2 on a new laptop 1,7 Ghz Turion64, 1Gb DDR2, ATI Mobility Radeon X700 128 Mb

When did you originally install the trial?
Simply following the uninstallation steps will not remove some code hidden deep in the computer somewhere that records the date the 30 day trial begins.
If you're hoping to extend your 30 day trial period you would have to completely uninstall Windows. Now that would be desperate.
I'm currently preparing a new "C" drive due to some bad blocks on my existing one and so far it's taken me 4 days to re-install everything and I'm still not quite finished.

Perhaps a bad install.
This often works - using winzip extract the exe file to a folder then run the setup.exe you will find in the extracted folder.
To do this using windows explorer go to the the exe file and right click
You will see a winzip option to "extract to"
These downloaded exe files appear to be 'self extracting zip files'
