Restoring default settings?

I've been doing all sorts of DVD work with MovieFactory of late (some PAL, some NTSC, etc.) and today, after burning an NTSC DVD, the results were all "stuttery" and the picture quality seemed a bit off. Is there any way to restore the default settings in MovieFactory short of uninstalling the program and reinstalling? Is there a "Restore Defaults" button somewhere?

If you goto add/remove programs and click remove another screen should come up asking to Repair or Remove.
Try the repair feature.
