Question on adding Titles

Can anyone tell me how to start the movie with only the title. I used to creat a title where the movies start with the title alone (an introducing title, I suppose) with the background music, then the video will start on the next scence. I don't want the title overlapping with the video clip. It's been a while so I kinda forgot how to do it. Any input will be greatly appreciated!

Can anybody else help me with details instruction how to do this. I'm confused with the thread that Brian gave me. BTW, thanks Brian.

If you already have a project on the timeline then enable ripple editing so that all your clips and soundtracks don't go out of sync.
Then select "color" from the top right hand drop down list. Click on Black or whatever backgroud color you want and drag it into the video track at the beginning of the timeline. Adjust it's length to the desired time then click on "Title" and type in your title. The title will be positioned over the black screen you created.
