Audio sync problem after export HDV back to camcorder

I have a audio sync problem after exporting an edited MPEG2 (converted to m2t file) back to my HDR FX1 camcorder (audio seems to be delayed). I use MSP8. Someone told me that there is too much cutting and the file is too long - but that is what editing is all about - that is the reason I bought MSP8. The very same MPEG2 file has no audio sync problem when I play it on my computer. My hardware is AMD 64 2X 4400 two times 250 GB SATA harddiscs individually connected to motherboard. Are anyone able to recommend me how I can export my m2t file to my HD camcorder without audio sync problems?
