MPEG programme stream is not compatible with this DVD engine

I am trying to create a DVD using MF2. I have been using this without problem for some time but today I am getting the error:

"The MPEG programme stream is not compatible with this DVD engine"

I have also tried in DVD Workshop and I get an "Unspecified error".

I think this is related to me trying to clear up some unwanted codecs but I have no idea how to find out what is now missing from my system and how to fix the problem.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Easiest answer is to re-install, this will put back any essential codecs.
