Isn't the download still on your old hard drive so you can retrieve it from there? Quickest way to get stuff off the old drive onto the new is connect it as a slave drive (don't forget to alter the drive jumpers)
Failing that you will need to contact Ulead and explain your predicament and include proof of purchase such as copies of your original emails.

Thanks Steve... I was afraid of that. Long story short, I had the old drive as c:, got a new sata drive and put in as D:. Started having read write issues with old drive and swapped them arround including changing the BIOS so new drive was c and old was d. Installed win xp on new drive and at first reboot it tried to boot from the old drive. No matter what i did in the bios or drive jumpers. Think there must be something about the MB and SATA and IDE that will not allow SATA to be master with an ide drive or something like that. So old drive is just disconnected. I can disconnect the new drive and still boot off the old then burn a cd. Then go back to my new drive. What a pain! I've purchased several items of software by download. I guess I just figured it would be out there to download again if needed. Appreciate your response. Regards Jack

Contrary to that, I only have one other software that I can log onto the website and re-download the program. All my other programs, if you want the security of having a download available, you can pay a fee to have a download available for a certain period of time, generally around 2 yrs.
Pre-Corel, Ulead used Element5 for their on-line purchasing. Element5 offered that for a small fee, and I'm glad that they did..
