changing menu transitions speeds

Hi, wondering if anyone knows whether you can change the speed of jumping from one menu to another in DVD in MF4. I have set the DVD up with 8 seperate menus and asked it to continue to play into the next menu at the end, rather than to return to the menu after each played. I thought I could 'ease' the messy transition that the software seems to make between menu items by placing a transition at the begining of each video and then put music at the begining and end of each so it is warning the viewer that the next menu item is coming up. But I still get a 'still' spot between one menu and the other, whilst the software is moving along (I guess). Does anyone know whether there anyway to quicken the pace here up so it does not look so crass? I thought that there might have been something in preferences to change the speed of transitions from one menu item to the other, but I cannot locate anything. Julie
