While in the video editor portion of MSP8, I click on an imported AVI video/sound (united) clip. Then i right click and select "audio filters". Then I get the error, "video editor can not recongize this filter". Apparently MSP8 can not find the list of audio filters.
This option of course works fine for the video filters. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? thanks!

Just guessing - Have you installed the hotfix already. (http://www.ulead.co.uk/tech/msp/msp_ftp.htm) I did and it solved a lot of my problems, although it still crashes from time to time or refuse to open an existing project file (Error report).

If you have uninstalled MSP7 after installing MSP8, this is a known bug. To overcome it, you have to uninstall MSP8 and then re-install it. This bug will be fixed.
