Trouble with C3DS1 series of exe files

Post by meaparicio »

Hi! I´m having trouble with complement files C3DS1 files downloaded from Ulead site. Download was OK, no errors. Running each one starts OK, openning and extracting DATA2.CAB and SETUP.EXE files, but the installation stops with an error report stating that: "Program has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. It must be started again".
I am using the trial version. Is that the reason I cannot install?

¡Pretty fuzzy for some "complementary" materials...! :D :D

Connection OK.

Error Codes (if any) Upon installation Windows rejects installaton.

System information (please fill this up in your User Profile).

Could this trouble be caused because I am using a spanish Windows version, so it does NOT use the Program files folder.
Spanish Windows creates and uses a folder named "Archivos de Programa".

Maybe the installation software is looking for Program files and it finds no Cool3D there, or nothing cool at all...

What do you think Htchien?

Hi Mike,

It might because the downloaded files are corrupted. It should not be related with the program files folder in spanish, I think.

Try the downloading FAQ in http://www.ulead.com/tech/faq/download_faq.htm and see what will happen.
