PE 8.6 registration problems?

I just installed my PE 8.6 that came with my PI 11. I registered the PI 11, but when I try to register the 8.6 I get a " Sorry, the serial number you entered is already registered" When I check my registered products, I don't see it there, and the number isn't the same as my 8.5 v. (which is uninstalled) This is a legal copy.

You don't need to separately register this copy of PEX because it came with PI and as such is registered with PI.
