Using 1st Clip as Introductory

Post by paul85 »

I am using VideoStudio 9. On finished DVD's I've seen (especially professional ones), one gets a clip automatically that plays the same images and music over and over until one pushes "play" again, at which time the movie proceeds. Even I have done that in previous work, but for the life of me I can't do it now. I have tried including the 1st Clip as a separate project, and placed it to the left of my movie in the SHARE process. But I have to search for that 1st clip when I play the DVD, and even then it only plays once, and then it stops. I am sure I've seen a paragraph about this somewhere, but I cannot find it in my owner's manual. Thanks in advance for your help.

That would be done using a moving menu, where the background loops every 30 seconds until you play one of the clip buttons on the menu.

Or you could mean having only one clip without menu (with or without intro) and select in burn-in settings (gear icon below) "auto-repeat when disc playback ends".
