I have been a video studio user since version 5 and recently have run into alot of prolems with version 9 One being the my video balcks out and and I can only bring down one to three clips into the time line then an error message comes up "failure to use direct show video engine. Colnitialize has not been called"
it has been come a very frustrating problem I have called tech support but reinstalling directX has not helped. I even uninstalled the program and installed it again.
