HD Capture - MovieFactory 5

I have some problem to capture with MovieFactory 5.
I tried all options but always the same error,
This is the error message:
Failed to connect to driver: Microsoft AV/C Tape Subunit [13011:3:3]

I have a hdv sony hdr-hc1 with an IEEE1394 firewire i-link connection.

Any help??
