mpgenc.dll is typically associated with Nero. If you would tell us the exact error message someone might be able to help.

Interestingly I have Nero 7 installed but that dll isn't on my system I just checked.
It is shown as a Nero related dll here:
http://www.processlist.com/info/mpgenc.html

As requested by michaeltee please details the full details of the displayed error message.

I uninstal Nero 7 yesterday. Today i install Nero 6. Now the error message has changed. The Pictureshow say "could not open driver trying system aspi". After this, the program crash.
I forgot the first error message.
I going to uninstal the both programs, and reinstall the both again...
