I just downloaded the following to vs9 under 'smart downloads."

It was a huge download, over 660 Mb. During the download it was identified as an exe file "ulead...exe." I ran it overnight because of the long time (I have dsl so maybe 1/2 hr) & when I returned the screen said "download complete." with a "done" check box, no save option. I looked for the exe files in all the old familiar places but couldn't can't find them. They were probably executed automatically & are now part of vs9. If so, how can I be sure?.
