When star capture in MF5 computer crash, with MF4 it's ok

Hello, i have installed MF5 on MF4 and now when i capture with my capture card the pc go in crash ....why?
When i used MF4 it's all ok

Please complete your system specifications on your profile page.
MF4 and MF5 can quite happily reside on the same computer together.
Try running the installation program again and you wil find a repair option.

According to system requirements of DMF, they support WDM compliant devices.

Try downloading the WDM driver for your device:
