I searched the database but could not find an answer on resizing video size.
When I inserted a captured video file into VS9, I realized it was capture in a smaller screen size - about half the view window size. Is there a way to resize this already captured video file to fit a normal 4:3 screen ratio?

You like to give as little information as possible to start with don't you? So I'll reply in the same vane
- no, there isn't.
Now to pry some information out of you that may allow us to actually help you -
What are the clip properties? (right click on the video clip and select properties - the video attributes are about 2/3 down the dialog, it will say something like "24 bits, 720 x 576, 4:3" [PAL values shown here]).

Hi caxtin
Video Studio should automatically fit your video to the preview screen.
If you have a widescreen (16:9) video then you will get black bars top and bottom, only using part of the preview.(aspect ratio should be ok)
A 4:3 standard video should fit all the preview screen.
If you have an odd size then the longest edge will fit, the video should maintain the aspect ratio.
So what are the project properties and the video clip properties?
Right click the clip in the timeline and select properties.
