Video titles what to use?

Post by Totores »

I use Videostudio 9, I know you can do a few things as far as titles are concerned, but if you want to really get fancy, should you use a different ULEAD software or try other software?
If you use other software what is the best file output to import into videostudio?

Thanks

Depends what you mean by "really fancy" - there is an awful lot you can do with titles and title animation within VideoStudio, explain "really fancy" and perhaps we can give you some ideas.

Video Studio usually comes bundled with Cool 3D, which is what I think you are talking about. (I use the more upmarket version -- Cool 3D Production Studio, but you can still do some pretty amazing things with the base version. And IMHO the base version is MUCH quicker in the final rendering of the title.) There is a bit of a learning curve, but even just using the various pre-sets for movement, bevel, colour etc, you can really produce some pretty sophisticated 'Hollywood'-looking motion titles...
