Synchronize
I captured from a camcorder my violin students. The original tape was not Digital. The original mpeg I created looks good. I ran new projects creating clips of each student and then bringing them back together for the final burn. The sound and motions alternate from one clip to another, some are right on, others are slightly off. I have to have the motion and sound synchronized. The original capture looks good. The Mpeg I created from it looks good. It's just the burn to folder that began the process of deterioration.

Have a look at this
http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=8959, and this
http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic. ... light=sync and this http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic. ... light=sync
If you care to search this board yourself, you will find plenty more. I guess, all answers you could ever expect to get were already given.

What version of Video Studio are you using? VS8 caused OOS problems for almost everyone. The symptom for me was perfect sync in the video file and OOS on the DVD (or folder). VS9 has been clean for most of us. Be sure you are using the procedure in the top sticky post.
How are you "bringing them together"? Using the second video track recursively?

I did
I believe I did use the techniques form the sticky post. I took the completed vsps and brought them into a clean project and burned them as one video file to a folder. I then imported the video file from the folder and burned again to the disc. Some clips are synched and some are not. I will look at the stickies again; I have them in printed version in a folder.

It is a procedural NO-NO to bring project files into the burn module because it generally unleashes a whole lot of problems. VSPs are project files. You must have used the ADD PROJECT button. (I don't know of any other way to bring separate VSP files together.) Big mistake.
Instead, make a video file (.mpg) for each project and use the ADD VIDEO button to bring them into the burn module. Be sure to manually set the burn properties to exactly match the video file properties.
