Help, trying to burn the videos taken of our new baby to DVD but every time we try and create the disk the program freezes on what I presume is the last stage.
We have got a new fire card and DVD writer and is frustrating when having problems with this software.

Thank you, I printed the recommended procedures and wow it works 
Sorry I should have read them first, but I thought I was dealing with some sort of conflict, being all the hardware was new and hadn't been used before and we generally didn't know what we were doing.
Thanks again, I now have video of my baby girl safely stored on DVD.
