Custom capturing compression and DMF 5?

Post by vegetaleb »

I took the habit under DMF 3 to customize video bit ratio and sound as I wish from 1000 to 9500 kb/s now with DMF trial I don't find any option for this for capturing from analog TV,why?

We are obliged to use an external soft for this?
I though it's an integrated option in DMF 5

In MF5 in the capture page, you will see a box with a label of format, click on the down arrow at the end of the box and choose the format you want.

You can also create a new disk template and pick the one you create to capture.

Since changing the capture properties has always been programmable
in all previous versions of MF's I would think that TAB to change the
capture properties isn't activated in this release. All the other tabs in the capturing module screen except that one.

Whether that was an oversight by ulead who knows.
You can only capture dvd compliant anyway with the analog capture.
For now with this release, while in the timeline screen you can to create a template like tyamada says, then choose that template in the recording/capturing module.

I think it should be and activated.
