Libaray Template mask editing question

There are some templates in the libraries under template>CD. If I open any of the (CD Label) templates there is a top object called obj-18 (or whatever number may be used). This object is either a mask or has one associated with it. My question is this; I have DVD's and Cd's that have the center printable area smaller than this template has. How would I best edit this mask to decrease the center hole size? i.e. make it more printable towards the center. I want to be able to drop a background under this object (mask) and have more of the center be able to print on my labels.

I figured it out. What I did was to create a circle path smaller and in the center of the existing one. I then entered mask mode, selected the fill bucket and filled the area outside the new circle path. This made the center mask hole (printable area) smaller.
