Project playback

Post by cgflembo »

I wonder if anyone could help me, I am using VS9 and when I try to play back my unedited project to see how it looks, all it wants to do is render the project first which I do not need untill I have finished editing. Is there any way I can watch my project without having to render it first?

cgflembo - - go to "File >> Preferences" and about midway down the new dialogue window the box next to "Playback Method" should say 'Instant playback' - - if it does not then change it so that it does - now view your project.
