Font change for thumbnail print-out (NOT for web publishing)

How can I change the font from its default COURIER font and default point size for the headers, footers, and filenames when printing thumbnails. This is NOT for generating thumbnails for web publishing, but sending the thumbnails to a printer.

I have not been able to find this anywhere in the help files or other support documentation.
