Blue Screen error

Post by The Old Timer »

I recorded a REC file off air using my Topfield PVR. I knocked out the adds using VideoReDo & saved it as an MPEG2 file. I opened the file in DMF4 asked for no menus but instead asked for chapter points ever few minutes instead. The preview displayed ok. I wanted to render it to a file on my hard drive. As soon as I clicked the burn button I got a blue screen.

I have tried to render this out 4 times now & each time I v'e had a blue screen & had to reboot. I am told that I have recovered from a serious error which has to following data on it. BCCode: 1000000a BCP1: FEA5000 BCP2:00000002 BCP3:00000000 BCP4:804DAEF4 OSVER:5.1_1_2600 SP:2_0 Product:256_1

Have any VMF4 users had the same problem & know what this message is all about & how to fix it.

Firstly you need to establish if the fault is with MovieFactory or the file.
Try using a different video clip and see what happens.
