Yes I recieved the email and the test clip.
Sorry but it plays perfectly in Windows Media Player, Nero Showtime, VS9 as a clip and VS9 from the timeline.
As far as I can tell it's just about perfect!

Dear lancecarr,
Thank you for your helping. If you listen carefully, the video clip 'test.avi' sound jumpy once on 00:00:02.00 .Now I send you another video clip with the project file. I add the cross fade effect time to 2 second. The sound jumpy on 00:00:03.00 now. The jumpy sound is more easy to hear on this point.
Thank you.

Can anybody hear the jumpy sound?

Could anybody hear the jumpy sound?
Timeline:-
Black clip (3 sec) - cross fade transition effect (2 sec) - Classic-Open.avi (5 sec)
The sound jumpy once on 00:00:03.00 timeline. Even after final product.

Classic-Open.avi from C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 9.0\Samples\Video\Classic-Open.avi

Yanthang, I am sorry to say that by repeating your procedure I cannot reproduce the problem. I have recieved both of your test files and they both play perfectly on my system. I also extracted the audio track from both of your test videos and opened them in an audio editor. I visually compared the wave form of your tests against the wave form of the "Classic-Open avi" from the samples of VS9 and they are identical. There is nothing that I can see in the wave form or hear by playing in a number of audio applications that produces a problem or even indicates there is a problem.
The only thing I can think of is that your computer's sound card or video card is not interfacing correctly with VS9. have you checked the applicable websites to see if there are any updates? Also check the Windows Device manager to see if there are any warning icons showing.

Wish I could be of more help.

Strange to say, the same problem happened even I used another PC. Anywhere, thank you for your helping.
