More Smart Compositor questions

So I have my Smart Compositor window open and I have loaded in my clips and adjusted the text and everything plays just fine. I save it to somewhere I don't know where and then I click insert.

So where does it go? I can't find it.

After clicking insert you should be returned to the timeline.
Move your mouse over the timeline and you should see the clip following it waiting for you to "drop it" somewhere.
