I attempted to download the first VS9 update pack 1. The dowload failed part
way through the process. Now the menu option for the Pak 1 item is
MISSING from the choices, so I am unable to try to re-download it.

I was using the 'Smart Download' option in VS9...
I attempted to download the first VS9 update pack 1. The dowload failed part
