Why can't i DOWNLOAD the components?

I have tried to download the additional compontents but none of the links worked. I have even opened the link in a new window and it didn't work. I also copied out the FTP adress (example: ftp://ftp.ulead.com/pub/Goodies/C3DS1/E ... set1_E.exe) But even that doesn't work. This is very furstrating. I have recently purchased Cool 3D Production Studio by my library is EMPTY!

I just tried the download link on their webpage for Preset 1 and it worked ok. Maybe their servers were down when you were attempting it. I would suggest trying it again.

Ah tanx! Now it works! I guess the link in the application refered to the ftp:// adress and not to the http:// adress
