Video Studio 10 Plus-No Save Video File & No Help File

Post by ocar »

Using VS 10 Plus, has anyone encountered these problems.

a) Create File - Goes through the creation procedure but does not save the file created, as requested.

b) VS 10 Plus has no help files.

ocar, where did you get your copy of VS10?
As far as I know it has not been released.
There is a rumour, however, that illegal copies of the beta version that was released to a very few people has leaked out on to the net.

Thank you Lancecarr,

You hit the nail on the head. I have been had. It was easily found on (site reference removed by moderator)

It was not identified as Beta when I found it.

The Capture and Edit was excellent, in my opinion, compared to VS8 which produced very pixelated results. This is what caused me to look for something else.

Thank you.

VS10 has not been released, did you purchase it? I wouldn't recommend keeping whatever beta version you have.

Yeah, best to keep well away from the cracks/warez sites.
If you already have VS8 then you will probably be able to upgrade to VS 10 when it is released at a discount. That is Ulead's usual policy.
If VS8 hasn't cpatured properly for you why not post the problem on the board? There's lots of help here!

In my opinion it takes some balls to download what one believes to be a complete software package (you complained it wasn't flagged as a beta release, so you expected the real thing) and then come whining to the vendor when it doesn't include any help files.

More seriously, does anyone fo you know WHEN UVS10 should be released ?

Because UVS9 is a relatively "old" product, the version 10 should, in my opinion, be released in a few weeks/months .

Any detail ?

Thanks
