Where can I download GIF animator

When I bought the ESD of PhotoImpact I didn't download Gif animator properly and now I notice it's only 0 bytes long.

I had an email to saying my download will expire soon, but the email only links to the pi11_RSE_e.exe file, not the other things in the package.

Luckily the nice people at Ulead (or is it element5) emailed me another download link today.
