Video size in slide/movie show

Post by Daz2006 »

Ik'm creating a slideshow with pix and movies taken with my digital camera from our vacation, however the videos end up showing in big size on the screen when burned. How can i make it so its the actual normal size... so its not fuzzy looking??? thanks! btw they are .mov files

Hi

Try using the 'overlay track' for the *.mov files.

Hi Daz

The main video timeline uses the whole of the frame to display your video clip.
This is where the majority of editing takes place.
Transitions can be used between clips.

The overlay track will sit the clip on top of the main video timeline, default to the middle and about a quarter size.

You can now play two videos in the same frame
The overlay video can be moved / resized distorted by using the yellow points

Right click the clip in the preview window for other options.

Your mov files are probably looking fuzzy because they are not full dvd frame size, the main track is stretching them to fit.
You will not get full quality dvd video using this source material.
