Recommended Procedures ROCK !!

Post by MaryN »

Hi there, I am new to this forum and new to video editing.

I recently upgraded my PC specifically for transferring VHS to DVD via my Sony DV Camcorder.

While I am somewhat of a "techno-peasant", I did a considerable amount of research on hardware and software requirements for this task. I choose Ulead Video Studio 9 as it appeared to be the most comprehensive "capture to burn" product on the market ... and there's a LOT of it out there.

I created my first DVD last night without a hitch! I followed the recommended procedures and searched this board when complexities arose.

The process of video editing can be very complex and frustrating. If it weren't for this Forum, there is NO WAY I would have accomplished the task.

Thanks for all your help!
