Attempting to capture from a DVD

Using Movie Wizard - Insert DVD everything works fine i.e. The DVD loads and I can read the properties. They are all OK. I can view the video on the DVD and picture and sound are fine.

However, when I initiate Import the following error pops up.

Temporary Working Folder Does Not Exist.

I did a search on the error message and there were no hits.

Any suggestions will be appreciated

Look in your Preferences -- do you have a specified TEMP folder that does not exist, or is somehow write-protected (i.e. read-only)

I had tidied up by removing the working folder that was evidently required for the Import.
