I'm not even convinced that your VS 7 basic enables you to make a DVD.

Hyperlinks have no meaning in the world of DVD, you use menus for that. Whether the authoring module in VS 7 allows for menus, I honestly don't know, but it should give you at least a basic menu page for your DVD.

I burn my DVD:s with Power2go. But I cut and build my videos by Ulead Video or windows Movie maker. So I ned to create full movie before I make the DVD. I neded help to create the main page, so I can make a shoise if I can seed hole DVD or only some short event on it.

It seems as though you still are wanting an HTML document that would interact with a DVD. However as Heinz stated that HTML has no meaning in video editing or DVDs.

Since you use Power2Go to burn your DVD, then you would use that program to build your menus. I know nothing about that program.
