Rendering a complaint video file in one part.
I tried to render a DVD Complaint video file project on the harddisk because of error 4101. I followed the instruction of Jchunter_2 but my 52 minute project is split up into 3 Avi format files after rendering with the seize as followed: 2 X 4,193,361 Kb; 1 X 2.,661,389 Kb. These 3 files are my whole movie, how can i get one Avi file since that is more easy in handeling while sharing the file and making the menu functions later on. How can you force the program not to split up the project in multiple Avi files? Who can help me?

First of all, DVD compliant files are mpeg2, not AVI. Secondly, since your system splits your file along the 4 GB file size, I suspect that your file system is not NTFS either. FAT 32 has a 4 GB file size limit.
You didn't follow the recommended procedure either since you didn't create an mpeg file first for the sharing stage. Neither did you bother to tell us what your system spec's are or which version of Ulead program you use.
How do you expect anyone to be able to help you?

I use Video Studio 9, My captures are stored on a FAT32 harddisk. I have selected to option: Create Video file, then "same as project settings" that's all. I understand that i have to select another option like "NTSC MEPG2" or work with my files on a NTFS harddrive. I have updated my system specs as well. I managed to burn a DVD disk directly from project files but got that error 4101. Someone can give me advice.
Cheers.
Cheers.

Just to keep you going here.
When you want to create the video file you need to select NTSC DVD not MPEG. Otherwise you will get a non DVD compliant MPEG file that will need to be re-rendered when you want to burn a DVD.
Also, you say you followed jchunter's advice, well as far as I know trying to burn a DVD using a project file will get you the error you have and is not part of the recommended procedure outlined at the beginning of the Video Studio forum. My advice is to read that carefully first.
Also, make sure that not only are you working with the files on the NTFS drive but make sure that VS is not using the FAT32 drive for temp file purposes otherwise it may invoke the 4gig limit still.
