I should mention that it was working a few days ago but isn't now and in between, no software was installed or uninstalled and no errors happened.
I also tried removing the software and re-installing from CD. I also re-installed my printer driver too.
Are there any patches or bug fixes I should know about? I've been through all the Preferences and settings and cannot see what else it could be. Have I missed something in these preferences?
Also, probably related, the preview pane only sometimes actually shows a preview, sometimes it is just empty.
Help !!!
