Problem with the print preivew in photo explorer 8

I'm running Photo explorer v 8 with the latest patch downloaded from this site. I have a windows 2000 system running SP3 (if I remember correctly).

I select a bunch of images, and hit the printer icon on the tool bar. When the menu pops up, I select print preview. Across the top of the screen, I have a bunch of buttons, but instead of being labled with their function, they seem to have random characters. Any suggestions?

you should try printing images one by one first, then if it works normally try printing multiple images. the only sure way is by taking it step by step to determine the problem. check also if printing normally on other applications.

Something's wrong with the software. Try reinstalling Photo Explorer to refresh the program files. This should do the trick
