Development Kits

I have downloaded the development kits for msp7 and cannot understand how to load them into the prog.Can someone supply nice simple instructions on which files have to be copied into the VFX and Vf folders.Also are these transitions and filters really worth having.Thanks in advance.

I think I can answer my own question. I have downloaded a kit for developers to make their own transitions. I thought I was getting some free extras.Thanks for those who at least viewed my question.
