MPEG 2 Encoder not Found?

Hi all

Wondering if someone here could help me....

Every time i finish my project and create a video file ie render....

It starts and when it ends it says MPEG 2 Encoder not found? ----- what does this mean and how can i fix it plsssssssss.....

By the way my project is based on AVI files and after i finish i 'create video file' for dvd.

Do you have the full version of VS?
Has it worked before?
If yes to both those questions then possibly you have installed something recently that has interfered with your installation of VS or VS has simply become corrupted. If you have the original CD try the "repair" function.
